Once known for brush manufacturing there used to be 12 makers in the town of Chesham. R Russell is the last remaining brush manufacturer. Run by the sixth generation the company hand-makes all their brushes. From large world-wide orders to one-offs for film, TV and historic buildings traditional skills are maintained and handed down the generations. With a desire to promote the business to a new audience we were asked to design a new logo that looked traditional but had a modern twist.
